ICCA's Yearbook Commercial Arbitration has just published an updated Investment Treaty Digest of all final decisions in investor-State arbitrations under investment treaties through July 2008. Now available on this website.

As I reflect on the past year to write this message to the ICCA Membership, I am proud of all that ICCA has achieved in 2024.

The 2024 volume is available in print as well as online on the KluwerArbitration database.

ICCA is pleased to announce that applications are now open for funding to attend the ICCA-KIAC Conference in Kigali on 5 June 2025.
