Now available – ICCA’s Miami 2014 Congress Book

Delegates to ICCA’s 2014 Congress in Miami will receive a copy of ICCA Congress Series No. 18: "Legitimacy: Myths, Realities, Challenges" by post in the coming weeks. The new Volume contains the edited proceedings of the 2014 ICCA Congress and addresses challenges, both perceived and real, to the legitimacy of international arbitration, focusing on justice and precision. The Volume represents the result of an innovative programme (under leadership of Programme Committee Chair Lucy Reed), which featured the “live” collection of empirical data from Congress delegates and spirited debates around the role of investor-State arbitration.
