ICCA-Queen Mary Task Force Report on Third-Party Funding officially launched
We are pleased to announce that the ICCA-Queen Mary Task Force Report on Third-Party Funding is now available on the ICCA website and in hard copy.
The Task Force on Third-Party Funding was a joint project between ICCA and Queen Mary University of London which set out to systematically study and make recommendations regarding the procedures, ethics, and policy issues relating to third-party funding in international arbitration.
Task Force Co-chairs Stavros Brekoulakis and Catherine Rogers, ICCA President Donald Donovan and Members of the Task Force will launch the Final Report with a breakfast seminar at the 24th ICCA Congress in Sydney this morning.
