ICCA's Guide to the New York Convention presented and distributed in Buenos Aires

On 19 May 2015, ICCA’s Guide to the New York Convention was presented at an event organised by ALARB and the University of Buenos Aires Arbitration Group. Speakers at the event included Judge María Elsa Uzal, Professor of International Law and Judge of the National Commercial Court of Appeals;  Roque Caivano, Professor of Arbitration; Guido Santiago Tawil, Chair Professor of Administrative Law and member of ICCA´s GC; Judge María Susana Najurieta, Professor of International Law and Judge of the Federal Civil and Commercial Court of Appeals and Judge Pablo Heredia, Professor of Commercial Law and Judge of the National Commercial Court of Appeals.

Guides will also be given to the Libraries of the Federal Supreme Court of Justice and the University of Buenos Aires Law School. A photo of the event is included in ICCA’s New York Convention Roadshow photo gallery.
