ICCA in Nairobi

The third ICCA-Mauritius Host Committee pre-Congress Roadshow took place in Nairobi on 16 November, attracting an audience of close to 100 practitioners, government representatives and visiting specialists from the region. Participants were welcomed by representatives from ICCA (including its President, Albert Jan van den Berg), LCIA-MIAC and the PCA. Wide-ranging discussions touched on arbitration in Africa, enforcement issues and investor-State arbitration as they impact on rule of law issues -- the theme of ICCA's Congress in Mauritius on 8-11 May 2016.
