Emmanuel Gaillard 1952-2021

ICCA is deeply saddened to announce the passing of ICCA Advisory Board Member Emmanuel Gaillard on 1 April 2021. Professor Gaillard served as an ICCA Council (and later ICCA Governing Board) Member from 2007-2018, and thereafter as an Advisory Board Member.
