Alexandra has been a partner with SSHJ Advocaten, a boutique law firm in Amsterdam, since 2010. She specializes in international commercial litigation and arbitration, mainly in the field of general contract law, energy and construction and engineering. Besides her counsel work for clients, Alexandra sits as arbitrator in ICC, NAI, CEPANI and UNUM arbitrations. She also represents foreign parties in injunction proceedings and in setting aside and enforcement proceedings before the Dutch courts.
She is dual qualified in Switzerland (University of Fribourg) and in the Netherlands (University of Amsterdam).
Next to her work as counsel and arbitrator, Alexandra lectures on Private International Law at the University of Amsterdam.
Since 2011, Alexandra is the Honorary Consul of Switzerland in Amsterdam.

Richard is graduated from the Faculty of Law of Budapest, Hungary, and acquired his LL.M degree in Belgium. He holds a Phd in law, his thesis is entitled "The freedom and limits of the choice of international forum in the light of asymmetric jurisdiction and arbitration agreements."
Richard is founder and managing partner of SMARTLEGAL Schmidt&Partners, a boutique firm in Budapest, focusing on international arbitration & litigation.
Richard is enrolled as arbitrator at the Hungarian Permanent Arbitration Court and he is listed by the Vienna International Arbitration Court, as well. He is board member of the Hungarian Arbitration Association.
Besides supporting his Alma mater in Budapest as a university lecturer, Richard frequently publishes articles in contemporary issues of dispute resolution and commercial law.

Dorothee Schramm is an independent arbitrator with 20+ years of arbitration experience who has been deciding complex commercial disputes around the world since 2011. Dr Selim started off his career as a Public Prosecutor in the Office of the Prosecutor General of Egypt, then a civil Judge, until he joined Zulficar & Partners Law Firm in 2009, as a leading member of its Arbitration Group and where he was promoted to Partner in 2013.
