Richard McLaren is an Officer of the Order of Canada, one of the country’s highest civilian distinctions. It recognizes exceptional achievement, service and contribution to the country and the international community. He is Counsel to McKenzie Lake Lawyers LLP and a Professor of Law at Western University in London, Ontario. An internationally recognized expert in sports law and arbitration, Professor McLaren is involved in the adjudication of sports-related disputes at both the amateur and professional level. He participated in five Olympic Games during which he resolved disputes pertaining to anti-doping, athlete eligibility and intellectual property rights. McLaren holds the position of Integrity Officer for FIBA and IBA and is the Chief Anti-Corruption Hearing Officer for professional tennis around the world.

Dário Moura Vicente is a Full Professor (Catedrático) at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, where he obtained his PhD in Law cum laude and his Agrégation, and where he has taught, over the past 30 years, Civil Law (General Theory and Law of Obligations), Comparative Law, Private International Law, International Commercial Law, and Intellectual Property Law. He was admitted to the Portuguese Bar (Ordem dos Advogados) in 1987.
Has participated as Presiding Arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator and Party-Appointed Arbitrator, as well as Counsel and Legal Expert, in more than 50 domestic and international arbitrations (ad hoc, Centro de Arbitragem Comercial, ICC, ICSID, NAI, WIPO and OHADA) relating to issues of, inter alia, Contract Law, Construction Law, Corporate Law, and Foreign Investment Law.

Founding partner of Mourre Chessa Le Lay Arbitration, has served as counsel, President of the Tribunal, Co-Arbitrator, Sole Arbitrator or Expert in more than 300 international arbitrations, both ad hoc and before most international arbitral institutions (ICC, ICSID, LCIA, ICDR, SIAC, SCC, DIAC, VIAC, etc.). He established his own arbitration practice in May 2015, after having founded Castaldi Mourre & Partners in 1996. Alexis has been a Court member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration for 12 years, first as Vice-President (2009-2015) and then as President (1 July 2015- 30 June 2021). He was Vice President of the ICC Institute of World Business Law (2011-2015), co-chair of the IBA Arbitration Committee (2012-2013), LCIA Court member (2012-2015) and Council member of the Milan International Chamber of Arbitration (2006-2014).

He is founder and past Director of the Paris Journal of International Arbitration, a leading French publication on arbitration and ADR. He lectures on arbitration in several universities and regularly intervenes as a speaker in seminars and congresses on international arbitration. Susan Munro is based in the Hong Kong office of K&L Gates. From 2001 to 2019 she was based in Beijing, where she was Managing Partner of a US law firm office, and Shanghai. She returned to Hong Kong in 2020 to set up the Hong Kong office of a US law firm before leaving to join K&L Gates.
