- Maria Chiara is Full Professor of International law in Italy and President of UNIDROIT since 1 September 2020. She is senior legal advisor to the World Bank on legal reform of payment systems, financial markets, and governance, and to the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs on trade matters. - Ali Malek KC is a leading barrister in England and Wales specialising in all aspects of commercial law. He has substantial experience in international arbitration both as counsel and as an arbitrator.
