- Sumeet Kachwaha is the founding partner of New Delhi based law firm Kachwaha & Partners. He has around 46 years’ standing in the profession. His work focuses on dispute resolution, contracts, construction, technology, infrastructure and procurement. He is regularly involved with high stakes cross-border disputes.
Sumeet has been appointed sole arbitrator by the High Court of Delhi in several arbitrations. He has also served as amicus curiae to the High Court of Delhi twice (including in relation to the first BIT dispute to come up before Indian courts). He has also stood as an expert witness on Indian law in the courts of England and Singapore.

- Mr. Neil Kaplan is an arbitrator with Arbitration Chambers in both England and Hong Kong. Mr. Kaplan was the Chairman of Hong Kong’s WTO Review Body on Bid Challenges from 2000 – 2004 and was formerly Chairman of Hong Kong’s Telecommunications (Competition Provision) Appeal Board. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is a Chartered Arbitrator. He is also a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators as well as a panellist of CIETAC.
