- Mohamed Abdel Wahab is Professor of International Arbitration, Private International Law and English Contract Law, Cairo University; Founding Partner and Head of International Arbitration, Construction and Energy Groups at Zulficar & Partners Law Firm (Egypt); Member of the Governing Board (ICCA); and Dean of the Africa Arbitration Academy. He has served as ‘Arbitrator’, ‘Legal Expert’ and ‘Counsel’ in more than 255 cases, involving parties from the Africa, Asia, Canada, Europe, the Middle East and the United States. - The Hon James Allsop AC was Chief Justice of the Federal Court of Australia from 2013 to 2023, prior to which he was President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal, a Judge of the Federal Court of Australia, and a barrister (Senior Counsel and Queen's Counsel) in New South Wales and Western Australia.
James is now an independent arbitrator at Sydney Arbitration Chambers and at Akin Chambers in London, as well as an NPJ of the HK Court of Final Appeal, an International Judge of the Singapore ICC and of the Qatar ICDRC.
