ICCA shines a light on its authors
We’re pleased to acknowledge the key role played by ICCA’s contributing authors to ICCA’s publications through a new feature on the ICCA website. Meet the ICCA Authors focuses on the names and faces behind the ICCA International Handbook on Commercial Arbitration Country Reports, and provides brief summaries of the latest developments in arbitration prepared by the Handbook authors themselves. Drawn from the ICCA Governing Board, ICCA membership and other key practitioners, ICCA’s authors are a core part of the ICCA community, reflecting a shared commitment to promoting arbitration and harmonizing international dispute resolution practice.
The ICCA Handbook covers arbitral law and practice in over 75 countries, and comprises country reports prepared by leading arbitrators, academics and practitioners who are experts on national arbitral practice in their respective jurisdictions. The Handbook is updated regularly to provide an up-to-date reference tool for anyone practising international arbitration across multiple jurisdictions.
Currently featuring Handbook authors Michael Pryles (Australia), David J.A. Cairns and Bernardo Cremades (Spain), Hew R Dundas and Dzung Manh Nguyen (Vietnam), and many more, Meet the ICCA Authors will soon be expanded to include contributors to the ICCA Yearbook.
