ICCA Executive Director Lise Bosman opens the 2016 UCT arbitration course
ICCA Executive Director Lise Bosman opens the 2016 UCT arbitration course - a full class with students of 15 nationalities represented.
In addition to her work as Senior Legal Counsel at the Permanent Court of Arbitration and the Executive Director and Executive Editor at ICCA, Lise is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Cape Town, where she has taught the Commercial Arbitration class since 2004. The University's mission to become a "premier academic meeting point between South Africa, the rest of Africa and the world" is particularly pertinent to ICCA's current work on capacity-building in the field of dispute resolution in Africa, aiming to consolidate the impact of ICCA's May 2016 Congress in Mauritius.
