Dutch Arbitration Association Launched

A new Dutch Arbitration Association has been launched in The Netherlands - place of incorporation of the ICCA Foundation - envisaging cooperation with other arbitral institutes and associations based locally. The DAA aims both to promote the use of national and international arbitration and to promote The Netherlands as a venue for international arbitration. For more information, click here.
